House releases US ambassador Bill Taylor’s testimony

Acting US Ambassador to Ukraine William Taylor told the House panels heading the impeachment probe that he first heard of US military aid for Ukraine being held up during a conversation with President Trump’s top adviser for Russia and Europe. Bill said he had a phone call with Tom Morrison who described the situation. Morrison divulged details of the call between Gordon Sondland & Andriy Yermak.

Taylor believing there was a quid pro quo is not proof of a quid pro quo. There would be hard evidence of Trump or someone along the chain of command telling Taylor to conduct the relation with these quid pro quo terms but there isn’t a shred of evidence of that.

Curious if the transcript will be redacted of sensitive material. If so, that will be obvious signs of a partisan cover-up and if not, it proves the 'secret' hearings were just a partisan publicity stunt.
