Queen will no longer wear real fur, but refuses to part with current pieces

Buckingham Palace has said that Queen Elizabeth II will no longer wear new outfits made with real fur. The palace added though that this doesn’t imply the Queen will get rid of her current fur pieces. ’The queen will continue to re-wear existing outfits in her wardrobe’, the palace said in a statement. In the past, the Queen has been criticized for her fur looks by animal rights organizations.

fake fur is made from plastic and is bad for the environment. real furs are all natural.

Ok. Whatever. I don't care one way or the other. If the anti-fur PETA people have their way there won't be any fur farms left. Which will then result in a massive drop in the population of those animals. I wonder how many would go extinct?
