Federal judge blocks Trump administration’s ’denial of care’ rule

A federal judge struck down the Trump administration’s faith-based rule on Wednesday that would have allowed health care workers to refuse to treat patients based on moral and religious beliefs. US District Judge Paul Engelmayer called the ’conscience rule,’ enacted by the Department of Health and Human Services, ’coercive,’ and said the basis for the rule’s enactment was ’factually untrue.’

this will almost certainly make scotus and be overturned. if you can refuse to make a cake but be forced to kill a kid and scotus doesn't way in on this then we have bigger problems then muh Russia because we are basically living in Russia at that point

Judge is an Obama appointee to the Southern District Court of New York. Pretty sure this will get appealed since the Trump regulation was reinforcing a federal law.
