Royal Mail seeks injunction to stop postal strike

Royal Mail, UK, is set to go to court in a bid to block potential strikes by postal workers during the general election and looming festive season. The company, locked in a bitter pay and working conditions dispute with the Communication Workers Union (CWU), said it would lodge an injunction at the High Court. Royal Mail said it was seeking an interim order to block the strike ballot.

This is the very problem i have with public survices. As soon as it becomes inconvenient for you to stop working you suddenly become a slave that the government tells to get back to work. You shouldn't be able to end a strike by lawsuit. Do like the public industry pay them more or bring in strike breakers.
