US Embassy message sparks online anger in China

An online message from the US Embassy in Beijing has sparked anger online in China. The message said applications were being accepted for study at American universities and those wishing to go should ’jump at the chance like little puppies.’ The post, along with a video of puppy striving to cross a fence, was slammed as racist online.

So is the msm trying to paint the US as the bad guys & the CCP victims of ‘institutional US racism’? How about: ‘Most psychotic murderous regime in human history Sabre rattles over nothing....yet again’?

Hahahhahahahaha the Chinese Communist Party is trying to hard. Coming from a country where ads show black men being put into washing machines and coming out Han Chinese not even mentioning the genocide in Xinjiang. Any time China tries this race baiting trash they should be laughed out of the room

Holy crahp, did someone at the US Embassy in China just call the sensitive people of China dogs, AKA Chinese dogs aka the dog meat Festival? The Chinese Communist party is going to be carrying this bone around for a while, get it - dog with a bone? This feels orchestrated I just don't know by whom and for what purpose. What's next US ambassador is going to refer to Chinese as the sickly men of Asia? They need one more for a full head trick.

Sorry China you’re doing it wrong. Just because your people eat dogs (due to the Great Leap Forward, might I add) it isn’t racist.

The US needs more of this sort of messaging, but at home. Nobody with any sense at all evens considers attending a US university any more. The system is infected.

I WANT Chinese people to come over and study in the USA so they can be exposed to a more free society and bring those ideas back home.

Wow.. that’s the way how US diplomacy represent US to encourage and welcome the students.. good jobs, they must be quite proud of themselves.

No, it would have been racist if it said " Come to our Universities the bat and flied lice is dewicious."

Morbo 1 months

A more accurate depiction would have a flock of bats pouring out of a cave.
