Meteor passes over St. Louis, Missouri

A meteor lit up the sky in St. Louis at around 8:55 p.m. on the 11th of November as resident’s heard a loud boom and saw a bright fireball in the sky. The meteor sighting was a rare one as the meteor was part of the Northern Taurids meteor shower. The meteor shower occurs every year between October 20 and December 10 but sighting the meteors is rare.
