High school teacher arrested for ’threatening to shoot students’

A female teacher has been charged with threatening to shoot and kill students at a school in Puyallup, Washington, and bomb property. Julie Hillend-Jones, 58, is a geometry teacher at Emerald Ridge High School and allegedly spoke in a threatening manner to school resource deputies on Tuesday. Wednesday morning, Jones allegedly repeated the threat when a school resource deputy called her at home.
