Goldman’s Blankfein calls Warren’s criticism of billionaires ’tribalism’

Lloyd Blankfein, a former Goldman Sachs CEO, hit back at Elizabeth Warren on Thursday after he appeared in her ad on taxing the super-rich. ’Vilification of people as a member of a group may be good for her campaign, not the country,’ Blankfein said in a tweet. ’Maybe tribalism is just in her DNA,’ Blankfein added in an apparent dig at Warren’s prior claims of Native American ancestry.

Warren is attacking other people for not supporting her ideas, and that's supposed to convince them to come to her side?!?

Those poor, poor billionaires.

This treat to heavily tax billionaires is pathetic. If elected do they seriously believe these billionaires will stick around in America to see 80-90% of their money stolen from them. Of course they won't. They will move to their favourite tax haven taking their wealth and businesses with them and likely many US jobs. The Dems will not only lose the potential taxes they think they will get, they will also lose the taxes they currently get and push many Americans into unemployment and poverty. Anyone who really believes the Dem rhetoric that they can raise huge amounts of money from the billionaires is an idiot. It simply won't happen.
