Trump asks Supreme Court to block House subpoena for financial records

President Trump on Friday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to block a lower court ruling directing an accounting firm to hand over his financial records. Trump turned to the justices after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit decided on Wednesday that it would not revisit its October decision.

If Mr. Trump had voluntarily released his taxes, as everyone else did, rather than giving the world the run around and was honest, he wouldn't have this issue at all. He is hiding his taxes because he has been profiting from illegal means. There is no proof of this because few have seen the tax returns. Mr. Trump hasn't paid taxes for years but benefits from the labors of others paying theirs. We all benefit, socially from police, fire fighters, infrastructure threw payment of taxes. Mr. Trump uses the roads, has police protection and protection of the fire department but doesn't pay. is that really fair to everyone else?

The SDNY will be revealing and either charging or not charging Mr. Trump of tax fraud, money laundering, campaign finance fraud, and bank fraud. Inflating values of real assets to obtain business loans and deflating value of real assets to defraud the American public of duly owed taxable income is a serious allegation, and it seems that the SDNY has enough evidence to bring Mr. Trump to trial on these very crimes.
