US has world’s highest rate of children in detention: UN study

The US has the world’s highest rate of children in detention, including more than 100,000 in immigration-related custody, a UN study says. Worldwide more than 7 million minors are held in jails and police custody, including 330,000 in immigration detention centers. Author of the study said about 60 out of every 100,000 children in the US are deprived of liberty versus five in Western Europe.

I wonder if there is a correlation between the number of kids in detention and the number of illegal aliens trying to enter the US??

The bizarre deflection on this fact based report that "illegal" (a suspect descriptor), means not human. It is shameful and has the taint of white supremacy attached to it.
