Trump scores tax-return win in California Supreme Court

California lawmakers originally passed the law, signed by Gov. Gavin Newsom, in the hopes of forcing President Trump to release his tax returns.

That's good news for liberty. Sorry California, but the Constitution applies to you too.

I feel it's very telling that nearly every president since 1974 has released thier' taxes, and now that every court has told Trump to do so, he takes it to the very court where he appointed 2 seats to keep them from going public. There is no benefit, especially now, for him not to be as transparent as possible.

Not much of a win. This bill never had a hope.
