Donald McGahn must testify to Congress, judge rules

A federal judge ruled Monday that former White House counsel Don McGahn must testify in the impeachment inquiry against President Trump. District Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson rejected the administration’s assertion of immunity for officials by declaring that ’no one is above the law’. ’We will appeal’ ,a Justice Department spokeswoman said.

Won't be long before this is challenged in a higher court. The law that protects McGahn was signed in 2014 by Obama. The legislative branch cannot interfere with the executive and since this is not a legal proceedings criminal justice law does not apply.

Judge appears to parrot the Democrats' "no one is above the law", which is idiotic to state because it is self-evident and obvious. And not the issue here.

Not that he'd spill the beans anyway. He's enabling Trump to further his court-stuffing agenda, and he's not finished.
