Judge orders former White House counsel, Don McGahn, to testify before Congress

Federal judge Ketanji Brown Jackson ruled on Monday that Don McGahn must testify before congress, rejecting the administration’s assertion of immunity for officials by declaring that ’no one is above the law.’ The U.S. District Judge’s ruling is only legally binding to McGahn.

This is clearly the Judiciary branch interfering in the business of the executive branch. No doubt this will be taken higher and this clear political decision will be struck down. The Dems have no crime and are obviously digging for one. Unless the Dems gave any evidence what is ever, then this is not congress performing oversight. It is the Dem congress on a partisan witch hunt.
