Temporary hold on Don McGahn’s testimony agreed to by US Judge

A temporary delay on a ruling that required Don McGahn, the former White House Counsel, to testify in the impeachment inquiry was agreed to by a US Judge. Ketanji Brown Jackson, a Washington based US District Judge announced in an order that the delay would help her determine whether or not to put the case on hold for longer, so that the Justice Department can appeal.
