Musk boasts of nearly 150,000 Tesla Cybertruck orders despite launch gaffe

Tesla has received nearly 150,000 orders for its new electric pickup truck - despite its botched launch earlier this week. Elon Musk said 17% of the orders are for the single-motor model, 42% are for the dual-motor version and 41% are for the tri-motor model. The much-hyped unveiling went off script Thursday when the Cybertruck’s window splintered twice after a metal ball was thrown at it.

Thanks for the more reasonable post about this. I get really tired of the trashing of Tesla all the time.
