Johnson, Corbyn spar over London extremist attack

Britain’s political leaders sparred Sunday over who is responsible for the early release of convicted extremist Usman Khan. Prime Minister Johnson blamed Khan’s freedom on changes in sentencing rules made by the last Labour government and promised to toughen sentencing laws, Labour’s Corbyn, meanwhile, said questions had to be asked about the government’s austerity cuts to the prison services.

Yeah, it should be an issue raised. When something terrible like a terrorist attack takes place, the public want to know what politicians will do to stop it happening again. However, it seems like they're just blaming each other haha

74 convicted terrorists released... What the hell U.K.? If you believe that the prison system as a type of rehabilitation center, shouldn't you make sure that the guys that are in it for wanting to destroy your country are rehabilitated before letting them out?

Remember how Corbyn made the Geenfell Tower tragedy an election topic? I don't remember the media attacking him for doing so. Guess he did it out of compassion...
