Tennessee to execute blind man convicted for murdering estranged girlfriend

Lee Hall, a 53 year old blind man is scheduled to be executed by electrocution by the state of Tennessee, on Thursday. Mr. Hall entered the death row three decades ago for the murder of his estranged girlfriend, Traci Crozier. When he was imprisoned, Mr. Hall had his sight but gradually became blind due to improperly treated glaucoma.

Ok. Doesn't matter if he is blind, quadriplegic, retarded, diabetic or whatever. If he was legitimately convicted of a capital crime then death penalty is reasonable. These are highly aggressive, compulsive individuals who have caused death to others. We currently only have two options - death or life in a cage - neither of which are great but better than the alternative of releasing these animals back into the general population.
