’Russia link’ suspected’ in Chechen exile’s Berlin park murder

German federal prosecutors believe Russian intelligence was involved in the August killing of a Georgian citizen and will, therefore, take over the investigation from local authorities. Zelimkhan Khangoshvili, 40, was shot in the head in a Berlin park in August. A suspect was detained after the killing and Der Spiegel has reported that his passport number linked him to Russian security services.
