Newark mayor accuses Bill de Blasio of shifting NYC’s homeless to New Jersey

The city of New York is being sued by a mayor from New Jersey, who has alleged that Bill de Blasio, the Mayor of New York moved his city’s homeless population to New Jersey. Ras Baraka, the Mayor of Newark, which is the largest city in New Jersey, filed the lawsuit on Monday.
