Japanese man arrested for making 24,000 complaint calls

A Japanese man has been accused of making hundreds of toll-free calls to complain regarding telephone operator KDDI Corporation. Akitoshi Okamoto, 71, has been arrested for making nearly 24,000 calls in a span of eight days to complain that the company had violated his contract.

That's insane. Like, literally insane. All manually placed calls, some from his phone and a lot from public phones.
