Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia announced that his country is willing to extend the new START nuclear arms control treaty. Mr. Putin said that he is willing to extend the treaty by the end of this year, and is willing to do so without any more conditions or discussions.

Unless the Chinese Communist Party is signed up to it, it has very little value. Scratch that, the Chinese Communist Party has broken every deal, contract, treaty, promise and oath they have ever made. So there is no sense in think anything is going to change. They want War. They believe a nuclear war is winnable. There nothing that will change their mind. You want peace prepare for War. It is coming
