Hackers can use ’Plundervolt’ to mess with voltages of Intel Chips

Researchers have found a new technique that can allow hackers to mess with the voltage of Intel chips causing them to leak information stored using Intel’s Secure Guard Extensions feature. The technique is being called ’Plundervolt’. Intel is now sending a microcode update to motherboard providers to tackle the problem.
