UK Labour Party wants to make companies give shares to workers

UK’s Labour Party has said that large companies within the country will have to transfer as much as 10% of their shares to workers. Additionally, the party aims to nationalize key industries, including water, energy and rail. Called the ’Inclusive Ownership Fund’, the party proposes the companies to transfer at least 1% of their shares into the fund every year, up to a maximum of 10%.
