Two dead, several wounded in India as protests escalate over citizenship law

Mobs in India’s northeastern state of Assam torched buildings, and clashed with police, leaving two dead and 11 injured, as protests grew over a new law that would make it easier for non-Muslim minorities from some neighboring countries to seek Indian citizenship. Protesters in Assam say the measure will open the region to a flood of foreigners. Others said the law discriminates against Muslims.

I stand with the Hindus on this one. The Muslims would be tearing stuff up first time you made them mad anyway.
