Woman sues pharmacies after being denied her morning-after pills

A woman in Minnesota is suing two pharmacies for sex discrimination, claiming she was denied a morning-after pill. Andrea Anderson, 39, a mother of five, alleges she was first refused the pill at her local pharmacy in McGregor. The pharmacist allegedly also serves as a local pastor. Another pharmacist at a CVS, located about 25 minutes away, also allegedly told her prescription couldn’t be filled.

The Hill's comment makes no sense. Sued for sex discrimination? Who else would they give a morning-after pill for??
