Court blocks Mississippi 15-week abortion ban

A court has blocked Mississippi’s ban on abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy. The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a ruling from a district court. ’States may regulate abortion procedures prior to viability so long as they do not impose an undue burden on the woman’s right, but they may not ban abortions’, Judge Patrick Higginbotham wrote in the ruling.

Where in the constitution did it say anything about abortion? Don't worry I'll wait.

Abortion should not be a constitutional right. Someday Roe v. Wade will be seen as a mistake. It should be challenged as often as possible.

Can we just get the Supreme Court to classify abortions as what they are already, one person ending another human's life, and end this barbaric practice already. It is disgusting that modern man has allowed this to continue for so long. This barbaric practice being championed by racist groups like PP, that were designed to remove minority children from the gene pool, need to be exposed and ended. 70 million dead babies is more than enough. Abortion will be looked on by history as the most disgusting abuse of civil rights since slavery.

There is literally only 1 medical reason for abortion, Ectopic pregnancy. Less than 2% of abortions are for "medical" reasons. Most of which are because of discomfort or pain. Less than half of those are reported to be threatening the mothers life. Of those that are reported to be life threatening the baby can either remain until the age of viability (23 weeks If I'm not mistaken) or it would die anyway (ie ectopic pregnancy or underlying medical condition, cancer). If there is an underlying medical condition therapy or the disease itself will usually kill the baby before the mother. So ectopic pregnancy is the only reason because we cannot re-implant the fetus in the uterus, yet. Even still physicians were able to remove the fetus before roe v wade because it was the best thing for the mother and we couldn't save the child.

this shouldn't even be an argument, but here we are. personally, this whole abortion debate is what woke me up with regards to feminism. women really are treated as second class citizens.

Teach your children well about the value and dignity of human life. Let the leftist kill themselves off with their sad laws and loopholes. There is no hope for them at this point.

15 weeks is right around the time when the fetus can feel pain and at that time you have to tear it out limb by limb using a tool that resembles a sharp pair of tongs. Testimony of Ex Abortionist https://youtu.be/A16gzm9eaa8 Watch that and tell me Abortion is justified.
