Mississippi man tried six times may be released from prison

A man who has been tried six times for the same quadruple homicide may be released on bail after 22 years in prison. The verdicts in his trials were all vacated by higher courts because of evidence that the prosecutor was barring blacks from the juries. The prosecutor has not decided whether to try the case a seventh time. Bail was set at $250,000.

Note... No jury found him innocent or even "not guilty". He may in fact be completely guilty of the crimes he was charged and convicted for.
