UN agency fires 2 staffers, including whistleblower, for misconduct

UN’s AIDS agency has fired two staffers for financial and sexual misconduct. One of those fired include Martina Brostrom, a whistleblower, whose allegations of being sexually assaulted sparked a turmoil at the organization. Brostrom publicly accused a senior director at the organization for forcibly kissing her and trying to drag her out of a Bangkok elevator in 2015.
