FISA Judge slams FBI conduct toward Trump adviser

The presiding judge of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court Rosemary M. Collyer, rebuked the FBI on Tuesday for its conduct in obtaining a warrant to surveil former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.The judge has asked the FBI to provide a ’sworn written submission’ of how the bureau plans to address the wrongdoing that occurred during 2016 and into the early months of Trump’s presidency.

I dont understand this, if they fucked up that bad on the investigation, if they altered evidence, doesn't that make the investigation invalid, trash, doesnt it make all other evidence tainted due to using the fruits of the poisonous tree, isnt it all suppose to be scrapped.

The FISA court would be wise to be very quiet right now. This isn't the first time a FISA warrant has been issued on shaky or even non-existent grounds. Their whole premise is based on ignoring the Constitution.

Hopefully the Dem shampeachment smokescreen does not fully obscure the important facts and details being brought out about the actual illegal things that were done in 2016.
