Data of more than 267 million Facebook users has been exposed online

Personal information belonging to more than 267 million Facebook users has been exposed in an unsecured database on the dark web, it has emerged. The Facebook IDs, phone numbers and full names of 267,140,436 users, most residing in the US, were discovered in the database by cybersecurity firm Comparitech and researcher Bob Diachenko, according to a report published Thursday.

Well we know who will be targeted in 2020. As If Russia AND China didn't have that list as soon as it came out... riiiiiight. Christmas just keeps getting better and better for Putin. Ok the US sanctions on the gas pipeline may smart a bit, but this is perfect for him. He gets the database, some American hacker goes to jail for the hacking. No connection to him, Putin may actually smile this year after all.

I'm starting to think these ongoing security issues with Facebook are just planned ways to sell user information.
