As the clock ticked down to the possible shutdown of the government the 2020 fiscal budget of $1.4 trillion was signed on Friday by President Donald Trump during a flight from Washington to Florida on Air Force One. The government’s spending plans were finalized by Congress this week with little time to spare before the midnight deadline Friday.
