2 firefighters die in Australia fires, PM apologizes for vacationing

After two volunteer firefighters were killed battling bushfires sweeping the east coast of Australia, Prime Minister Scott Morrison issued a rare public apology, ending his vacation in Hawaii. Several firefighters were severely injured on Thursday, fighting wildfires that destroyed more than 700 homes and nearly 1.2 million hectares of bushland.
