McGahn testimony important for impeachment case, US House says

A panel from the House of Representatives of the United States approached an appeals court on Monday and said that even though the House had impeached President Donald Trump, there was still an urgent need to hear the testimony of Don McGahn, the former White House counsel. The panel told the court that it needs to quickly decide on the validity of the subpoena issued to Mr. McGahn.

Then why didn't they follow through on their subpoena? Do they really think Americans are this stupid? You had all the opportunity in the world to have him testify and if it is so important you should have went through the proper process to secure that testimony. Now you failed and you want the Senate to clean up your mess. Get bent.
