Some of IRA’s victims mistakenly killed as ’informers’, archives reveal

Newly declassified documents reveal that some of the victims killed by the IRA between 1978 and 1994 for supposedly ’informing’ during Northern Ireland’s Troubles were not working for the police or security services. The archives revealed that many of those killed by the IRA were dumped near the Irish border after being shot in the head.

What? Terrorists murdering civvies? Bloody hell, I wish people could see the civvie targets taken out by the IRA in the mainland, the results of their inhuman and demented torture and the savagery committed by them. This was never a romantic oppressed freedom fight against a brutal dictatorship- this was a campaign fought by one of the most deadly and competent/ sophisticated terrorist organisations in the world, funded heavily by US civvies. Of course they wouldn’t have known the truth of their donations and after 9/11 the tills ran dry pretty much over night. A sand dwelling terrorist with a bomb is as deadly as an island (see what I did!) dwelling one. Wonder what 2020 will bring.
