Alzheimer’s vaccine almost ready for human trials

As per researchers, a dementia vaccine is on the cusp of starting human trials. Researchers from the University of California believe that this immunotherapy combination vaccine, first created by Flinders University professor Nikolai Petrovsky in South Australia, works by removing ’brain plaque’ and tau protein aggregates (linked to the development of Alzheimer’s disease).

Vaccines deal with virues .. Yet to see any data that suggests alzhiemers is caused by a virus.... Just the idea plaque can be removed by tweeking the immune system... Scarey n slippery slope to try to genetically re-engineer the immune system

Ameyloid plaque....i bet there is a correlation between high vldl cholesterol n ameyloid plaque production... .. So little known...
