Iraq pulled between U.S. and Iranian influence

Since October, there were protests against Iranian influence in Iraq and corruption. After the U.S. air strikes, Shiite supports of Iran stormed the U.S. embassy and have been calling for U.S. forces to be withdrawn. The government’s response to these protests were much stronger against the anti-Iranian protests.

The Iraqi parliament was to meet with idea of asking usa to leave its soil... This is exactly what Iran wants.... Full shiite gov control n God save anyone there that opposes this... This could be their new caliphet home ground... N many a sunni Iraqi knows this ain't good
