Osbourne forced employee into burning fire to save artwork, then fired him

Sharon Osbourne has confessed to having forced a former employee into her burning house to save artwork. She later sacked the employee for not laughing about the incident. ’I once sacked a member of my staff because he showed absolutely no sense of humor during a house fire’, Osbourne said.

IMHO, "forcing" means using force. She _told_ him to go get some paintings from fire. Without proper equipment and training, I'd refuse such suicidal mission. Saving lives from a burning house is different, but people make such decisions on their own.

If only all rich people were responsible. It’s hard to remember your rights when your boss demands you to do something. Very sad. I’m sure they regret going back in
