Iraq votes to end US troop presence

Iraq’s parliament has passed a resolution calling for the expulsion of US troops following the killing of top Iranian general Qassem Soleimani. The parliament has also called for a ban on foreign forces using Iraqi land, airspace or water for any reason. Around 5,000 US troops remain in Iraq. ’There is no need for the presence of American forces after defeating Daesh’, a lawmaker said on the move.

This vote was coming before the assassination of Soleimani. The question is will America leave even if they vote to have the occupiers leave. I bet they say they 'have to stay' to fight Iran. If America does not leave, I can't wait to see all these commenters do a 180 and say how they thought all along they should stay there.
