Rain brings brief respite in Australian bushfire crisis

A second day of light rain brought relief for firefighters battling bushfires that have killed 24 people across southeastern Australia, but hot, windy conditions are expected to return later in the week. Battling criticism for his handling of the tragedy, PM Scott Morrison said: ’now is the time to focus on the response that is being made...blame doesn’t help anybody at this time’.

We get Bushfires, we always get bushfires and we will always get bushfires. 2nd driest continent in the world after Antartica. El-ñino on the East Coast, and off North-West Coast Australian in the Indian Ocean surface being too cool results in droughts in Australia. This cycles every 3 to 5 years and no Klimate Khange Kult can get this into their head that this is a natural occurance. Let us conduct preventative burn-offs in National Parks, run cattle through the high country, clear fallen branches that will become fuel for bush fires and allow the earth clearing to creat fire breaks around National Parks. We did this since the 1930's and only stopped since 2000 because the Greens think they know what is best.
