"JetBlue also pledged to start using sustainable fuel made entirely from “waste and residue raw materials” on all flights out of San Francisco in the middle of this year." Am I the only one whose first thought was that that meant poo power?

It's not like they're gonna stop burning jet fuel. A carbon offset is just handing money to activist orgs to forgive your sins. Some of it goes into green technology, which is admirable, but that means the carbon reductions you're buying are pure speculation. What happens if that technology doesn't pan out? Your sins are still forgiven, grifters still get paid, the sea level rises a few inches per decade, and the world keeps spinning.

When are they going to do humane seating? ICE cages have more legroom.

They aren't really serious until they change their name to JetGreen. And as a marketing masterstroke, they could get Greta to ride exclusively on thier planes. The climate cultists would spontaneously climax if that were to happen.

I hold nothing against them if they are willing to put their money where their mouth is. So long as they arent putting MY money where their mouth is. That's how these climate crackaloos should be looking to take care of this. Find ways to work with the economy instead of against it in the effort to curb climate change.
