NY’s highest court to hear appeal of whether lawsuit against Trump will be heard

New York state’s highest court will consider whether US President Trump can be sued by a former contestant on ’The Apprentice’. The state Court of Appeals will review a 3-2 decision by an intermediate-level court allowing Summer Zervos to sue Trump was correct. In that decision, the majority said Trump was ’not above the law’ while the minority argued the case could wait until he left office.

That means after a review the court has decided the case has sufficient evidence and merit to move forward. Maybe after cheating on all three wives and countless unwanted sexual advances he will be held to account. Except of course not with his cult like fans.
