Facebook and eBay crack down on fraudulent reviews

Facebook and eBay are cracking down on false product reviews, following an advisory notice from the United Kingdom’s Competition and Markets Authority. Both companies have signed agreements to better identify, investigate and respond to fake reviews. Facebook has removed 188 groups and disabled 24 user accounts, and eBay has banned 140 users.

this is just rife with corruption. close down negative reviews for your friends and positive reviews for their competitors. Big Tech monopoly wins.
