George Conway group releases first anti-Trump ad, aimed at evangelicals

An anti-Trump conservative group has released its first advertisement aimed at evangelicals who back the president. George Conway, husband of White House counselor Kellyanne Conway, is part of the group called the Lincoln Project. The ad features clips of the president and his supporters speaking about faith with clips of the US President cursing and speaking crudely.

"let me try to shame you on your beliefs even though I despise them, stand against everything they defend and think they're backwards, now vote how I tell you" - every leftist ever

Still gonna vote for him. I didn't vote for him to be a religious leader. I voted for him to be the President. My values align more with the stated goals of the party he used to become President. Whether or not other people in that party actually live up to those goals is a different story, but Trump certainly seems to be trying to stick to his campaign goals - which is more than most politicians can say.

Just watched the ad, and it seems like a waste of money. It came off much more tame than I expected, and I would not be surprised if it actually made religious folk more likely to vote for Trump.

George Conway (not sure if him and his wife and playing all of us) but so far, what he has been talking about and writing, I agree with. He seems like a principled conservative. There's still a lot of us, real, true conservatives left and the Evangelicals who still support Trump LMAO, just selling out their values because they don't want abortion or the economy. You don't deserve to follow the teachings of Christ if you overlook some of the bad shit about Trump, he is not Christian, he rather golf than go to Church, heck, he doesn't even go to Church. He is not a man of God, but using God to get votes and money. He's the fucking swamp.
