Suspected WWII bombs shutting down Dortmund

Indications of two WWII aerial bombs in a construction site in Dortmund, Germany have brought large parts of the city to a standstill, prompting evacuation of 13,000 people and closure of roads and the train station, with train traffic being rerouted. The suspected site will be excavated and any ordnance found defused and disposed by experts.
