Texas becomes first state to stop accepting refugees

Texas has become the first state to no longer accept the resettlement of new refugees under a recent Trump administration order. Announcing the move, Gov. Greg Abbott said the state has done ’more than its share’ and ’has been left by Congress to deal with disproportionate migration issues. Since the 2002 fiscal year, Texas has resettled an estimated 88,300 refugees, second only to California.

Both parties are fucking up on this issue. If immigrants want to come here the government should charge them for their citizenship. Due background checks but make them pay. Have actuaries calculate a cost. If they default on their payment deport them. The immigrants get their citizenship and the government and states split the revenue.
