Vandals scrawled ’Free Hong Kong’ on Denmark’s most famous landmark - ’The Little Mermaid’. The 107-year-old structure depicting the little mermaid from Danish author Hans Christian Andersen’s tale of the same name is especially popular with Chinese tourists.

I would bet good money that some Mainland Chinese did it instead of real HK protestors. Not the first time Mainland Chinese tourists was caught vandalising tourist attractions, pretty much usual dirty tactics from CCP party members.
