Trump ex-adviser Flynn seeks to withdraw guilty plea in Mueller investigation

Michael Flynn, the former national security adviser to Trump, has asked the court to withdraw his guilty plea, claiming Russiagate prosecutors forced him to lie and make statements. Flynn pleaded guilty in late 2017 to lying to the FBI about interactions with Russia’s ambassador to the US in the weeks before Trump took charge, but has since argued that prosecutors duped him into a plea agreement.

It was a set up and a bogus charge, a process charge. Any judge looking at the full scope of the evidence and the FBI's behaviour would dismiss. Time to go after the coup members and the dirty cops that have tried to overthrow a President.
