A man who has been accused of having sexually assaulted a teenage waitress at his wedding reception has been sentenced to probation. 32 year old Matthew Aimers of New Jersey pleaded guilty to charges of indecent exposure, simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Call me jaded but will bet u he pleaded out n paid his lawyer hefty bucks to avoid getting put on the sex registration offenders list.. Getting drunk was n excuse but its not an excuse.. N u know it...

Well the accusation definitely did not look good, though the rationale provided for why he plead guilty, even if he did not do it, makes some sense as well.

my guess is the case was pretty weak. if they had a strong case there would not be a plea deal.
