U.S. Supreme Court puts off Obamacare ruling until after 2020 election

The U.S. Supreme Court turned down a request by 20 Democratic state Attorneys General for an accelerated hearing on the appeal of the lawsuit seeking to invalidate the Affordable Care Act also known as Obamacare. Ruling Obamacare invalid would cause 20 million Americans to lose health insurance. By turning down an early hearing, the Supreme Court deferred a decision until after the 2020 election.
