Senate rejects subpoenaing Mulvaney to testify in impeachment trial

Republican senators blocked a Democratic effort on Tuesday night to subpoena acting Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney in President Trump’s impeachment trial. The Senate voted along party lines, 53 to 47, denying the Democratic party’s efforts to include new evidence in the trial. Mulvaney was called to testify in the House impeachment inquiry but did not comply.

U win nothing when u fully stone wall keep covering up documents n making false claims in front of the entire country... We the people expect a trial not a cover up.. N that goes for both sides... The senate is expected to follow their oaths of office..
